(bright music) – To do the sub occipital release… To do the sub occipital release, you’re going to need a ball. You’re going to place this in the centre of your skull, just below the line of your skull. And you apply a little bit of downwards pressure on the ball. Now, keeping that pressure on, you’re going to tuck your chin and extend your head towards the far wall.
And you’re going to hold it there for a couple of seconds and then release. You can keep repeating that to release the tension in the back of your neck and the base of your skull. Once you’ve done a few repetitions of that, you can then start to tilt your head to the left. Yeah. (bright music).
