How to Tell the Difference Between Bloating and Belly Fat

 

the question that I get a lot in my practice is is it bloating or is it belly fat which is it really and sometimes it’s not that easy to distinguish but there’s some clues here now when you feel bloated it’s really that your abdomen is being filled up with air so you’re gonna get more of that sort of and you can feel this kind of like a 10 like I’m like a drip feeling now fat of course if you feel this and we put some camels avocado in there it’s much more dense the other thing you pay attention to we’re gonna make guacamole and you also want to think about the timing because you know for bloating often in the morning when you first wake up you’re fairly flat as you go through your day you’re eating different foods then you tend to kind of distend more well if you work a hard job on your feet all day everybody got everything is getting swollen whereas fat it’s kind of staying the same throughout the day and the night [Applause]
