Burn Your fat using Coconut oil fat – Dr Alan Mandell, DC

Millions of people worldwide are overweight and over fat. But a lot of that fat is within the abdominal region, which can be quite dangerous when it comes to diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

By all means, coconut oil is the world’s greatest fat, when it comes to fat burning. It’s the medium chain fatty acids that separate this fat from all others. It’s metabolised differently than the longer chain fats.

These medium chain fatty acids boost metabolism; it also reduces your appetite by allowing your body to feel full and content. So the message here is not adding more fat to your diet because more fat more calories what you need to do is start replacing the other fats and oils that you’re eating on a regular basis with coconut oil.

So let’s compare vegetable oils if it’s canola, corn, soy, peanuts, sunflower regardless of what oil it is let’s compare it with virgin coconut oil. So let’s say you consume a teaspoon of vegetable oil that teaspoon of vegetable oil is broken down into fatty acids and repackage in the bundles of fat and proteins called lipoproteins. These lipoproteins are sent into the bloodstream where the fatty acids are directly deposited into our fat cells. So if you consume a teaspoon of coconut oil that teaspoon of coconut oil is not broken-down nor is it repackaged and stored in your fat cells that teaspoon gets sent directly to the liver where it’s immediately converted into energy.

So when you eat oil, the body uses it immediately to make energy rather than to store it. As body fat by all means exercise is extremely important, this increases the furnace, increases metabolism, increases your basal metabolic rate by putting on more lean body weight which is muscle as compared to fat that muscle will burn more calories on a daily basis. So if you want to increase that metabolism if you’re a coffee drinker try adding some coconut oil in your coffee first thing in the morning. So just a tablespoon of coconut oil can make big changes in your metabolism.
