Singer, musician and actress Andrea Jeremiah is a multi-faceted person and one of the most sought-after performers in Kollywood. She was last seen in Vetri Maaran’s Vada Chennai in 2018 and received rave reviews for her performance in the film.
We told you earlier that Andrea Jeremiah will be playing a pivotal role in Vijay’s upcoming film Master, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film’s shooting has been going on for a couple of months and Andrea Jeremiah recently joined the team.
Recently, the talented actress took to Instagram to share pictures from the shoot of Master, where she is seen discussing a scene with director Lokesh Kanagaraj. She wrote, “#setlife #grateful to be working with this amazingly talented #filmmaker in one of the biggest films of 2020 gearing up for the final schedule in Feb #lokeshkanagaraj #master #ilayathalapathy #anirudh (sic)”
The makers of Master are tight-lipped about the film’s story. However, rumours suggest that the story of Master is based on Korean film Silenced. At a recent media interaction, Lokesh Kanagaraj refuted the rumours and said that Master is his original script.
In the film, Vijay is expected to essay the role of a professor, while Vijay Sethupathi will be playing the role of a gangster. Recently, a photo of Vijay with heroine Malavika Mohanan surfaced on the internet. According to sources, Malavika has shot a couple of scenes with Vijay in the schedule.
Going by Andrea’s post, the final schedule will begin in February and the team is planning to wrap it up by the end of the month. The film, produced by XB Film Creators, might hit the theatres worldwide in summer 2020.
The pre-release business of Master has already set the trade circle abuzz. The film features Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das, Ramya Subramanian and Lintu Rony in important roles.
