Dorohedoro, an anime adaptation based on the anarchic dark fantasy manga by Q Hayashida about a gyoza-loving fellow who has been cursed with a serious case of lizard-face, is tearing it up on Netflix, and soon fans of the show will be able to own a piece of it in the real world with a massive 1/6 scale action figure of Caiman in his anime color scheme.
Manufactured by threezero and distributed by Good Smile Company, the Caiman (Anime Version) figure is a re-tooled re-issue of an earlier action figure originally released in 2016. It stands approximately 36 centimeters (about 14 inches) and is made of ABS, PVC, and POM with cloth clothing.
The Caiman (Anime Version) action figure comes with two facial expressions (smiling and angry) as well as a gas mask designed by Dorohedoro author Q Hayashida. The figure also includes swappable hand parts for a variety of poses.
Pre-orders for the Caiman (Anime Version) action figure are currently open on Good Smile Company’s Japanese store page until August 05, 2020, with the final product scheduled to begin shipping in December of 2020. The Caiman (Anime Version) action figure retails for 18,000 yen ($168.35 US) plus tax.
