Retro fantasy rpg in an open world, with unusual interesting game mechanics.
Time/Combat only flows (realtime) when you move/act yourself, like in “Superhot”.
You can dodge arrows, while planning your actions at rest.
You’re a battlemage, but your spells cost health points to cast.
A cost/risk/reward calculation how to engange.
Also a nice variety of spells and mobs with different attack patterns and abilities. Combat has satisfying tactical depth, imho.
Game was released just a few days ago. Still a bit rough on some edges, but the developer is responsive and patching quickly. Found this unknown indie game by accident and enjoying it surprisingly a lot.
