SEFCU said Monday it will close all but two of its branch lobbies during the novel coronavirus outbreak. All other branches will switch to drive-thru only for in-person banking.
The only two fully operational branches will be SEFCU Square in Schenectady and the State Street branch in Albany.
For banking services that require in-person visits, such as accessing a safe deposit box or loan closings, members will need to make an appointment with their local branch.
The bank is also extending its call center hours. Representatives can be reached from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends.
